Senior Sustainability Analyst
We are looking for a Senior Sustainability Analyst to support our growing sustainability practice in Hong Kong and Asia. This is a role that maintains a strong focus on driving measurable environmental, social and financial impacts of responsible business practices.
The successful candidate will be matured, adaptive and well-organised, with strong analytical and synthesizing skills. A self-starter with high commitment to providing quality and innovative solutions that deliver positive social and environmental change will set apart the best among the candidates.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Work as a key team member to grow and develop pie's sustainability services to be the best-in-class in Hong Kong and Asia.
Research
Perform market, industry, client, policy and environmental research as required for project work and for developing thought-leadership articles on selected sustainability topics
Assessments
Assist in conducting environmental and/or social impact assessments, including compiling, analysing and synthesizing information, data and research, e.g. on climate change
Programmes
Assist in the design and delivery of bespoke stakeholder engagement programmes
Strategies
Assist in developing bespoke sustainability strategies for clients
Guides
Develop implementation guides and toolkits to support clients in translating strategies into practices
Business Development
Support business development, from generating business leads, writing proposals, to assisting with webinars, seminars, presentations and conferences
Innovation
Bring innovation, creativity and inspiration into all engagements

- Minimum 4 to 5 years of work experience in the fields of sustainability or management consultancy
- Work experience in the corporate environment is an advantage
- Work experience in market research or stakeholder engagement is a plus
- Strong interest in environmental and social issues, with a passion for driving sustainable change
- Strong analytical skills with high commitment to providing quality research and client service
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
- A well-organised self-starter who can manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively
- A fast-learner and committed change-maker, who takes joy in learning and resolving complex challenges
- A mature individual who is meticulous, humble, adaptive, resilient and solution-driven
- Flexible, e.g. willing to host or attend events and client meetings after working hours
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Fluency in Chinese language (Cantonese and/or Putonghua) is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word); Experience in using data visualisation tools is an advantage
- Bachelor degree or higher in sustainability, geography, environmental management, economics or other relevant discipline is preferred
